Interesting!
This peanut butter has a very interesting taste. The malted flavor really comes though and is one of the best chocolate tastes that we have seen in a peanut butter. It is very thick and tastes good right out of the jar. I am not sure how best to use it. It is too thick for baking and soft breads. It is good with pretzels and might be good in a filled cookie.

Love this peanut butter!
I don't generally eat a lot of peanut butter because it doesn't always agree with me but I don't have that problem with this. It's natural but doesn't have that layer of oil on top. Great flavor with a touch of sweetness but not too sweet. I bought a jar on Monday and it's already half gone so I just ordered 4 more. Great with raspberry jelly for a sandwich or just on a spoon right out of the jar:)
